Mini Applesauce
Muffins
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick margarine
Sugar
Cinnamon
In a bowl, cream 1/2 cup margarine
and sugar. Add eggs
and applesauce. In another bowl, mix flour, baking
powder and salt. Add to margarine mixture.
Grease mini-muffin tins. Bake
at 375 degrees for 12-15
minutes. Let cool.
Melt 1 stick margarine or butter,
keep in pan. Make a
mixture of sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Dip muffins in
butter, then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Chocolate
Peanut Butter Balls/Ohio Buckeyes
1 lb butter
32 oz peanut butter
2-3 boxes confectioner's sugar
3/4 cake paraffin wax
24 oz chocolate chips
Melt butter. Blend in peanut
butter - remove from burner.
Add confectioner's sugar, blend well. Form balls (any
size). Melt wax and chocolate chips in double boiler.
Keep hot while dipping each ball. Put on wax paper to cool.
Makes 6 dozen (depending on
the size of balls)
Crescent Cheesecake/Breakfast
2 packages Pillsbury Crescent
dinner rolls
2-8oz Philadelphia Cream cheese packages
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Butter 9X13 inch pan. Cover
bottom of pan with one
entire package of crescent rolls (push together sections to
make one piece). Should just roll out to be one big piece.
Filling: Whip together cream
cheese, vanilla and sugar.
Add filling on top of crescent rolls. Cover filling with
other package of crescent rolls. Melt butter and cover
crescent roll. Mix sugar and cinnamon in one bowl and
sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. Let
cool before serving.
Great to make up ahead of time
& warm up before serving.

Cookie
1 - Stick Butter melted
6 - Gram Crackers crushed
1 - Cup Coconut
1 - 12 oz. Bag Butterscotch Chips
1 - 12 oz. Bag Chocolate Chips
1 - Small Can Eagle Brand Milk
1 - Cup Peanuts
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl mix all ingredients.
Stir well. Grease or spray 9X13 baking dish. Add ingredients
to baking dish; press down.
Bake 25-30.
Classic
Cream Scones
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 cup of filling (currants,
etc)

- In large bowl, stir together
flour, baking powder, & salt.
- Cut cold unsalted butter up
& add to mixture.
- In small bowl stir together
cream, egg, vanilla, add to large bowl
- along with your filling (currants)

- Drop on greased baking dish.
- Bake at 425 for 13-15 min or
350 for 25 min.

- Blueberry Cream
Cheese/Stuffed Baked French Toast
- 1 ½ loafs
french bread or sourdough bread (pre-sliced) no crust
1 bag of frozen bluberrys (rinsed)
8oz cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 pint half & half
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. powdered sugar
- Cut bread into
cubes and place into the bottom
of a greased 9X13 baking dish. Dish should be ¾ full.
Sprinkle blueberrys evenly over bread.
Microwave cream cheese in bowl for 2 min.
Stir carefully and add 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream,
and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread over blueberrys.
Place 6-8 large slices of bread over cream cheese. Judge by how
many guests you are serving. Beat eggs, milk, half & half,
cinnamon, and nutmeg
and pour over bread. Make holes with knife so liquid goes throughout.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Bake @ 350 covered 1 hour then uncoverd 25-30 min.
(until top is golden brown.)Let set 10 minutes before slicing.
Sift powered sugar over before serving.

- Egg Dish
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of plain yogurt
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 t of Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 cup sharp chedder cheese
- 2 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 medium onion/mushrooms/or
peppers
- 1 cup of Bacon or Sausage
- You can also substitute hash
browns, be creative.
- Lightly saute mushrooms/peppers/onions
- Cook ahead of time Bacon/Sausage
- 350 degrees 25-30 min. or until
knife is clean.
