All guest rooms include a complete breakfast.

During weekdays we serve breakfast starting at 7:00AM

On weekends normal serving time is between 8:89 A.M. & 9:30 A.M.

 

A 50% deposit or credit card guarantee is required to confirm your reservation. A full refund of deposit will be given, with one week advance notice of cancellation. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay, deposit will be non-refundable. 48 hour cancellations will be charged full amount. Early departures will be charged for the entire stay. For reservations requesting all rooms: a one month cancellation notice is required. If cancellation is made less than one month prior to stay, your 50% deposit will be non-refundable unless requested rooms can be re-booked on all dates scheduled.

 

Some holiday weekends are a 2-night minimum.

We can only show the B&B by appointment due to guests in rooms.

We will waive our standard cancellation policies for Corporate, Business and Government employees.

Our corporate rates are based on single occupancy, if you are traveling with your spouse or

significant other the standard rates will apply. We do not bill
