- The INNkeeper plays a major role in
the success of your Bed & Breakfast.
This could be somebody you hire
as an
- INNkeeper, or this could very well be YOU! You can have
the biggest, the best, the cleanest, and the most convenient
- Bed and Breakfast around, but the bottom
line is, if you are not a
people person, forget it! And what I mean by people
- person is friendly.You may get them to your
B&B once. But my guess is they won't fall for it the second time.

- Believe it or not I was surprised to
find out, that there were some unfriendly
INNkeepers out there. I don't know
why I
- was so surprised, I guess it's like any business right?
We come across unfriendly salesclerks, doctors, etc. We even come
- across not so good salesclerks, doctors,
etc. right? Why would INNkeeping
be an exception. But I thought it was. Very
- seldom do you
read about this, but it does exist.
Guests have told me, and unfortunately
I have experienced it first hand.

yourself, and be honest.
